Dentigerous cysts

Hi,Can someone please help me with this question. Regarding the dentigerous cyst, which teeth are most commonly affected? The EMQs says that is the mandibular premolars and all the other books that I am reading say that is the maxillary canines. Can someone clarify it for me? i think the logical answer is

2- adjust and wait 3 weeks

4-advice to stop both smoking and alcohol

as if u excise the premalignant factors still active so its no point
