Guest guest
Hello dear friend, As a rule: setting teeth on the crest of the gidge is preferable for stability of dentures.Forces from both sides will be neutralised and that is considered the "Neutral zone" But sometimes that is not possible due to differential resorpion in Mand. and Max.so you have to make some compromises. Also upper ant may need to be placed a little labial to the ridge to support upper lip and provide better esthetics. Hope this helped. Sam.
