Today i saw a 7 year old pt who was potentially cooperative (sat on the chair, allowed me to do a small class 1 on upper 6, but was moving alot, had a strong gag reflex and felt uneasy).

Upper D and lower D expoliated at one side and cusp tips of 4 obvious in the upper jaw. The rest of the Es and Ds are carious but asymptomatic. I didnt take any xray, parents were in a hurry, but initially i thought i'll do nothing about the primary teeth since the dental age seems ahead of the chronological (all upper & lower incisors fully erupted) and it seemed the molars will soon exfoliate.

What do u think ppl?

Thanks in advance
