Guest guest
Hello dear Connie Is it possible that you are unintentionally tightening some muscles in the back that you haven't before? I know that we inadvertently do things like lift our shoulders high when our leg muscles hurt during exercise (learned that one on Pilates and am amazed that I still do that!). with love, Jenni Proud Air Force Mom! May God guide and protect our troops! Hi Friends Lately when I do life lift I have been getting an ache in the small of my back and I can't seem to pinpoint what I am doing wrong. I watched the video again and still no clue. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong? Its weird because I haven't had this problem before. Anybody else ever had this happen? Hmmmmm Connie :-)
Guest guest
I've found myself tightening some of my muscles in my back at times. It seems like as long as I don't overdo that tightening, I'm fine, and I'm actually seeing muscles there firm up. But if I go overboard, working them too hard, I'm sore afterwards. Does that make sense? Melinda ) Hi Friends Lately when I do life lift I have been getting an ache in the small of my back and I can't seem to pinpoint what I am doing wrong. Guest guest
Thanks guys, that is possible and I am paying more attention to that. :-) I started with BF and sometimes I tense up to much, that is why I need the tapes so I can see and hear Rashelle, but at work I try to fit a few in off and on all day and I bet that is when I am being to tense. See that is what is so great about this group, I would still be trying to figure it out!!!! Love, Connie :-) Re: Hi Friends I've found myself tightening some of my muscles in my back at times.
