Dr. Moataz course

Hi,

Has anybody heard about a course by Dr. Moataz? I have heard that it is really really good and that most people who take that course for ORE part 1 pass.

Does anybody know how to contact him? I have a number kindly given to me from someone on this group, but it seems like its not working any more.
