scented bath crystals and eye masks

I looking for either a recipe or a source to buy scented crystals. A

friend has some in a sachet bag she keeps in her drawer.

I also went to the website that had plans for the eye masks and

suggestions for herbs to use with the rice, however they didn't say

how much to use. I made on for my DH using about 2T of each herb and

about 1/2lb of rice. It smelled great in the bowl when I was mixing

it up but when I heated the bag....WOW was it strong. Opened my sinus

right up! Also made my whole house smell like mint, lavendar and

eucalyptus. Any suggestions for the amount of herbs to use???

Just out of curiosity why are you heating the eye masks or am I reading
