Everytime I tried rebatching it turned out horrid. I didn't put in a

lot of strawberry because I was doing small molds and had all the

bowls with the ingredients sitting by. I love using tallow, but

didn't have time to render any this time. I am in a new area and

haven't been in to see the butchers yet. heh. It's always fun to

weird them out. I have even been able to find some that will put the

beef fat thru the hamburger grinder for me. I combine the tallow with

coconut and olive.

I am trying cucumber the next time, thanks for the tip!!
