Hi Breathers,

I was in the bathroom getting ready for church and Steve (my hubby)

looked at me and said; " you slender little beauty. " I had on a pair of

black pants with a nice sweater tucked in them. When I got to church one

of the ladies told me she can really tell that I'm losing weight, she

said that I was looking good. It just made my night. I gave her three

hugs for that. :-)

Tonight I did 120 LL breath stretches.
