Liz Reporting in on Sunday!

Hi Breathers,

We went to Indiana on Friday morning and spent the night with Steve's

family. I didn't breathe on Friday, I could have done some on the way

down there in the van but of course I didn't think about it. It takes an

hour and a half to get there. All of those breaths I could have done,

silly me. :~o By the way, Steve's dad asked me how much weight have I

lost? He can tell that I'm losing. He made me feel so good. He got a big

hug for that one. :-)

Yesterday I did 55 LL breath stretches and today I did 80. I'm trying to

get back to breathing everyday again and I will.
