Guest guest Posted December 31, 2000 Report Share Posted December 31, 2000 Anyone out there? I finally felt well enough to try the breathing again! I knew my energy would pick up if I could do it. I did the whole 18 minutes of BodyFlex (I got the workout tape for Christmas) and then laid down for 18 minutes. Still, I know now that I will get back into it, I did miss it. Started on the Protein Diet again. The breathing helped to keep off the 12 lbs I lost two months ago and so now it is time to lose the final 15. Just need to keep the remaining Christmas candy out of sight. I start back to work on tuesday, so that should be helpful. I hope everybody is enjoying the holidays.
