I did not get enough sleep so I felt a little groggy. I knew I needed some Life Lift to get me up and going. I opened my eyes and did just 10 breaths and imagined in my mind that all the projects that I am working on as complete. Not only complete but wonderful in every detail. The most important thing to remember in creating these pictures in your head is to see the details. For those of you who use the Victory Theory you will remember that I say again and again, remember the detail. You would not build a house and leave out half the walls. If you create an incomplete picture in your head, you may have an incomplete response when your dreams become your real life. If you write down that you would like to find a mate who is good looking, intelligent, successful and you leave out honest, you may end up with a mate who is a smart, good looking successful liar. Remember how important this step is. Always set your goals in the positive. Instead of saying you will lose 20 pounds, say you are so happy because you weigh 120 lbs. As you say I will weigh 120 pounds, say I will wear a size 7/8 and have gorgeous proportions. I will happy with my body. I will feel so good as I look in the mirror at my 36-26-36-20 inch body with 20 inch thighs. The detail of adding the 20 inch thighs is important. You may weigh 120 lbs. but if it is all in your hips and thighs, you may not be totally happy with your body. Of course you will build this wonderful body to your own specifications. You may be more comfortable at a larger or a smaller size. Just create what it is YOU really want. The rule for proportions is hips and bust the same waist at least 10 inches smaller than your hips Thighs 16 inches smaller than your hips arms half as big as thighs So if you have 36 inch bust 36 inch hips 26 inch waist you would have 20 inch thighs 10 inch arms Set yourself some goals today. Set some for: Your body, health and fitness Your personal life, relationships with mate, friends, family Your financial life, business, investments, savings, etc. Your spiritual life, building how you feel inside yourself. Have a wonderful, positive, love filled day, I am off to work on my dreams of getting my new home decorated.
