30 more days of the inspiration contest!

Hi everyone,

I have been out of town visiting my Mom. I sure missed all of you.

Well, today is the 1st of April and the beginning of the second and last

month of the inspiration contest. So far we have seen some pretty amazing

messages come across our lists. I for one have become more inspired every

day reading your great messages.

For those of you who don't know about it. I am running a contest that

started last month. It ends on the last day of April.

The most inspiring message to come across the support lists will be awarded

a free gift certificate for $50.00 to be used on any of my web sites for

anything you would like. The judges are women who are old Life Lifters from

my Health Centers who are reading the messages coming through our boards

daily.

I started this because I knew it would help everyone. It looks like I was

right as many of you have written to tell me that you have gotten back on

track because of the messages you are reading.

I am so impressed with each of you. I admire your dedication to your own

personal goals. Your own precious body will be the winner in the end.
