It makes me feel great! However, I am trying to become pregnant and noticed there was a warning in the video about during LifeLift during pregnancy. Can harm be done to the fetus if LifeLift is done during pregnancy? I love LifeLift and can't imagine having to stop doing it for nine months. However, I would never want to hurt my baby. What is the story with LifeLift during pregnancy? I really need to know. Amy
Guest guest
Amy, I suggest switching to Oxycise during your pregnancy. It is very safe for pregnancy. I believe in breathing exercises strongly and feel that they provide so many health benefits in addition to weight control. You will get the same type of good feelings with Oxycise as you do with Life Lift. I use both programs and love them both. I know that some people prefer one over the other but they both flood your body with Oxygen. There are also some great books on breathing that can give you some breathing exercise's to use that are safe during pregnancy: - Conscious Breathing by Gaylord Hendricks - Jumpstart your metabolism: with the power or breath by > From: A Stormberg > LifeLift@y... > Sent: Tuesday, February 06, 2001 10:28 PM > Subject: Lifelift during pregnancy > > > I have recently started doing lifelift and love it. Guest guest
Amy, Sorry, I hit the send button before finishing my thought. Here is the rest of that book: - Jumpstart your metabolism: With the power of breath by Pam Grout She has some great exercises in her book. However, these books are not necessarily forms of " aerobic breathing " as in Life Lift and Oxycise. They give you breathing exercise's that are simple and are intended as therapy to reduce stress and get more oxygen into your system. But, they are great to use during pregnancy and will help with sleep and energy levels. Once you have the baby, Life Lift is a great tool to help get you back in shape and trim that mid-section quickly. Here is the web-site: http://www.oxycise.com Good Luck getting pregnant!! Guest guest
Kris, Thanks so much for the tips! I will most certainly look up the books and check out the oxycise tape! Your information has been most appreciated. Thanks again! Amy Lifelift during pregnancy > > > > > > I have recently started doing lifelift and love it. It makes me > feel great!
