It has the lifelift instructions on it and it actually the only other tape that Rashelle did where she went over how to do the breath other than the original tape. She talks gently and too children. She would be the perfect "kindergarten" teacher! She also explains diet to the kids on the tape and how important it is to eat several meals a day and drink your water.
