exercises that you've been talking about on the original tape? I was

wondering are there any new exercises on it that aren't on any other of

Rashelle's tapes?

It has been a while since I put the original one in the VCR. I will have to pop it in to compare it again.

I'll let you know after I do, unless someone beats me to it first.

I have all the tapes, so, I can pop them in and give you a report on them.
