That is quite a compliment, and I appreciate all of them I get! :-) I have seen how beautiful you look and you are my inspiration! I just remember how good you look and keep at it! I was quite uneasy about sharing my pictures. I am not very photogenic in my opinion. I do not like pictures of me at all. I just got an e-mail from someone telling me that they couldn't tell any difference in my pictures at all. They told me that I needed to be wearing the same clothes to make it a fair comparison. My motto is "slow and steady is the pace, because the turtle wins the race!" I started doing breathing programs in 1998 with BodyFlex. Lost inches, gained them back, lost, gained, etc. I have just kept with it learning new ways to do the breaths. I most recently discovered that doing a colon cleanse/parasite cleanse rid my body of a lot of weight and my sugar/carbohydrate cravings. This has been my most recent discovery and might just be my most important! I have never felt healthier and my body is slimming right down rather quickly now. A typical day for me now starts with me taking my 2 capsules of "Clear", which is a parasite killing product put out by the Awareness company. (see my website for more information) taken with a big glass of distilled water. Then I dry brush my skin briefly. I then do the Fountain of Youth 5 rites from the book "Ancient Secret of The Fountain of Youth" by Kelder. I then pop in LifeLift Tape #2 and do the first couple of sitting leg positions. (I don't do the whole tape) I then pop in the #1 LifeLift Tape and do the standing leg workout positions. (I don't do this whole tape either) I then pop in the Advanced BodyFlex tape and do the 9 minute workout using the LifeLift breath instead of the BodyFlex breath. I don't do the scissor position. I just have never had any success with this one. I do the rowboat instead (sitting on your bottom with your legs spread as wide as possible, then leaning forward to get a good inner thigh stretch) After this, I will do a few breaths while doing the stretchbands. Usually standing with the bands under my feet and doing bicep curls. I will end my morning workout with callanetics to the count of 100 in her stomach positions. I will also do callanetics to the count of 100 with the laying pelvic tilt kind of like what Rashelle did in, I think it is #2, where she lays on her back, lifts her toes to the ceiling so that she is putting her weight on her heels, then does a pelvic tilt. I do the Callanetics muscle workout to the count of 100. I am done working out for the day for the most part. I then take the Harmony, which is again an Awareness product that is part of the cleanse and rebuilt kit. When I am hungry, I will juice some apples for fresh apple juice. During the day, I will do breaths while sitting at the computer. Just before bed I take the Awareness product Experience as a tea. This combination is working wonderfully for me. I am always searching for new ways to improve what I am doing, so, will keep you informed if something changes. Both my sisters are 6'3" and my brother is a whopping 6'11" He just signed to play basketball for the university that is in Buffalo, New York. I do eat, just not until after I have done my morning stuff and started the day off with fresh juice. I will then eat normally during the day. Normal for me, may not be normal for you. I am vegetarian and so, I don't eat burgers. I also don't drink soda, or alcoholic beverages. I also try to stay away from dairy products. That pretty much leaves me with fresh produce, bread, and grains. I love veggie sandwiches with tomato, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts, and avocado on them. Just wanted to make sure people understood that I do eat! I have several parasite killing products in the store and I am planning on giving the kids a product put out by "Healthy Habits" called Ultra Clear Parasite Cleanse. It is a capsule and is less expensive than the "Clear" product by Awareness. I am not sure if it is as good or not. It is at this address on my site (http://loaves-n-fishes.com/parasitecleanses.htm) it is Item #HH45 and costs $11.25 I am using this brand on them because I want to cleanse them just in case, yet, don't feel the need to cleanse more thoroughly like with the Awareness brand "Clear" The Healthy Habits brand is 90 capsules and has the ingredients that I was looking for. It has: Green Hull Black Walnut, Cloves, Pumpkin Seed, Gentian Root, Hyssop, Black Seed, Cramp Bark, Peppermint Leaf, Thyme Leaf, Fennel, Flax Seed, Grapefruit Seed, MSM and Vitamin C. They are freshly ground and capsulated the same day. It contains no salt, fat, wheat, chemicals, caffeine, artificial color, flavor, or preservatives. This company also puts out an intestinal bulking agent. I actually have the kids all on the Awareness "Experience" product for this. It is actually a digestive cleanser and does a great job of keeping the bowels moving naturally. I realized that my message sounded as though I didn't eat solid food after I had already hit the send button. I didn't mean to be misleading, I was just distracted. On my site, I have some articles that are written by Dr.'s that tell why it is so important to use an intestinal bulking agent while killing the parasites. You don't want to autointoxicate yourself. Guest guest Posted August 4, 2000 Report Share Posted August 4, 2000 I do the fountain of youth for many reasons. I started doing them probably 10 years ago or so. I haven't done them consistently because I was pregnant 4 times during this time period. I do them to keep flexible, I do them because I feel better after doing them. I also do them because I see the difference in my in-laws from doing them. My grandfather-in-law has done them for years. He is in his 80's and you wouldn't know it from looking at him. He is very youthful in appearance and in his thinking. I don't know if it is because of the rites or not, but, hey, it is fast, easy, and if it helps to maintain a youthful appearance, I'm not going to blow it off. I am 39 now, most people don't think I look that old. I don't know if the rites have anything to do with it or not. I am not taking chances though. I want to age gracefully and youthfully.
