Try to check in everyday on the board so we can see how you are doing, cheer you on and be supportive of you. I agree with UberLiz to get the breath down first and then work on the positions. You may cough, sputter and yawn in the beginning mastering the breath but after a week or so these symptoms will stop. Let us know if you have any problems. Good luck. > Hi everyone.
