Guest guest Posted June 19, 2000 Report Share Posted June 19, 2000 Yesterday: 10 warm up breaths and Workout #1 Today: 10 warm up breaths and Stretch bands I'm doing extra breaths here and there but am right on track with eating wonderful foods but healthy ones too. Having a blast on vacation and received nice compliments from friends we saw yesterday that I have not seen in a year. Thanks again Rashelle for helping have a tool to gain control. I just feel so powerful and great on this vacation! I know some of you have talked about a book about breaking out of the food jail. I've never read it but I have broken out of the food jail: using food for pleasure, thinking about food all the time, eating those foods that make you eat large quantities and make you feel hungry. I broke out and the freedom is like a huge weight lifted off of me. If anyone is feeling down, think positive and take steps to gain control.
