If you can't get yourself to do 40 right now, be consistent with 20 and slowly build back up to 40. If it's possible maybe you can do 20 in the morning and try and get the other 20 in by breaking them up throughout the day, doing 5 here, 5 there etc. so that you don't feel so overwhelmed. As for dieting, I know that some people diet on this list, but I'm not one of them. I'm seeing results without dieting. Sometimes I wonder if I would diet maybe I would see even greater results but I'm not ready for that yet. I like to eat too much. LOL Have a wonderful day! You've done really good today!
