That is great news! I know how worrisome those things can be. You must be

I just wanted to thank all of you again for your continued support

and concern. I'm doing great. Today I didn't need any pain killers,

I was able to wear my tennis shoes, and I'll be able to make it to

work tomorrow as well. I guess I was getting an infection in my toe

which was causing a lot of pain. That has cleared up so it's not

problem any more. YIPEE!!!

On a didderent note, I did do some breaths today, but I'm not sure

how many. I usually don't count. I just do twenty minutes on my

own. Im not sure how many I do because I loose track. And today I

don't think I a complete twenty minutes because I was getting

interupted as well. My kids are always asking my to do something or

climbing all over me as I'm doing the exercise. Maybe I should get

the zoo one for the kids and I to do together. They would probably

like it. I have a special occassion coming up next month so it will

motivate me to keep my breathing up a little more than usual. I'm

pretty excited because I know I'll see some results soon.
