I have to buy it at a compounding shop. Next to Vioxx, it has worked better for pain relief than anything else I have tried. I get relief within 30 minutes. I wish I had a bunch of lidocaine syringes so I could inject my knee before I try to walk somewhere or so I could go hiking. But of course they won't let you do that, not here anyway.
