Guest guest
Reposting paragraphs below on " The Stick " because the web page clipped off part of the intended title of earlier post:

In Tony's messages 911 and 912, he told how to order " The Stick, " a rolling-pin like device that he uses to loosen his IT band as well as other muscles. I received mine yesterday. " It's the real deal! " I tried The Stick last night before I went to bed. I had the sensation that it loosened muscles/knots in my quads (around the knee) and calf as they had never been loosened/relaxed before. I went to bed with my knee feel more relaxed than I can remember.

I am copying from the " Benefits " section of the instructional sheet that came with The Stick:

" The Stick rolls knots out of muscle, providing myofascial release & trigger point therapy. This therapeutic procedure inactivates trigger points [muscle knots/kinks], warms muscles and encourages nutrient-rich blood flow. It relieves pain, promotes flexibility, and accelerates recovery. "

I agree. Not a miracle but very interesting indeed.

Anyone interested should check Tony's posts. There are four options: the full-size and 3 shorter versions. I got the full-size but suspect a mid-size, around $30, would be just as good for the knee joint.
