I may be moving in a couple of weeks and I want to know what is the best way

to put my milk kefir grains into a dormant state as it may be a little while

until I get settled and decide to make milk kefir again. I have a

dehydrator. Is freezing an option?

They will freeze well for at least a month. Some are still viable after 3

months. They will die eventually. It will take a week recovery.
