Growing Kefir and Thanks

Thanks for all the tips! I'll stick to the regular recipe for now.

On another note, I've had my kefir now for about a week and they don't seem to

be growing. When should I expect them too? I'm kind of worried that maybe I

distubed them when i stired the kefir mixture.
