Guest guest Posted August 26, 2010 Report Share Posted August 26, 2010 Hi Lizzie, I am a bit confused as to what you mean re. the yeast/bacteria balance in room temp. vs. cold storage. Is it that when one puts the water kefir in the fridge, (either tranmogged or tibicos), then it goes out of yeast/bacteria balance because the bacteria don't survive as well cold as the yeast?
