I assume it is milk grains? No big deal, I think the grains went dormant

without food, and in low temperature. It may take a few days on the counter for

it to re-adjust and thrive again. You probably don't have to change the new

milk until after it thicken/curdle up.

The milk grains are fairly resilent.
