Does anyone know where I could get information about the protein

content of kefir?

I make my kefir from 3% milk and I'm on a particular diet that calls

anything but greek yogurt carbs (greek yogurt would be a protein). I

have tons of kefir to drink and would like to be able to incorporate

this into my diet plan, but need to know how much protein content it

contains. I notice that the Lifeway lowfat kefir contains 14g of

protein per cup serving. I'm thinking my kefir is more beneficial all

the way around, but could I use that as a guide for the protein

content?

Thanks for any information!
