Guest guest Posted July 28, 2010 Report Share Posted July 28, 2010 Is it ok to fermint my milk kefir 10 - 15 hours and still get the good properties in my milk? My place gets a little hot (74 - 78 F) and 10 - 15 hours seems to be the magic number before it gets way to soar and becomes gloppy. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
