I have looked into it.  No viruses/bugs on any of my computers, have changed my

passwords for everything, no strange entries in my address book, and no one else

is receiving odd emails from my ID.  Regarding the other group, let me start by

saying I rarely posted and never had a conflict with anyone.  My ID was banned

in July.  I sent an email to the list owner (Dom), asking what had happened. 

He

emailed me back and got with one of the list mods.  They explained that some

spam had come from my ID and instead of notifying me first, they just banned

me.  So, my ID was reinstated.  Then about a week later, I received an

automated

email stating that I had voluntarily un-subbed from the group (This was at 2 AM

when everyone in my household was fast asleep).  The next day, when I tried to

re-subscribe, it said my ID was banned.  I sent emails to both Dom and the

moderator I dealt with previously, but have received no response.  It seems

that

no one else has received any " spam " from me, and I'm not convinced that this was

the case with the other kefir group. I am the computer girl / IT in my

company. 

My systems stay clean.  If anyone here notices anything, please, please let me

know.

Logically, if my account was sending spam to a group I am a member of, I

would get the messages in addition to all the other members.  This hasn't

happened.  I get my messages as individual emails and read them all (Thank you

Blackberry)   There has been no spam from my ID, although I have seen it from

some other members periodically.

My neighbor has had her email account hijacked. I don';t know

what, if anything, she has done about it but a couple of times the

Freecycle group we are both on got ads for ail order pharmacies from HER

account. You may want to look into that.
