using muslin steeping bags?

Do any of you keep your grains separate from the rest of the " brew " by

placing them in those muslin bags used for tea and such? Like this:

I'm finding that I'm getting little bits of dried fruit " shedding " into

the grains. i'd like to keep them as claen as possible - so if there is

something realy icky in there i'll see it and know it's not right.

Thoughts? suggestions?
