Guest guest
From all I understand of the kefir's growth, etc., it is a symbiotic relationship with it's immediate household .. gradually adapting and evolving to variables such as air quality, water, the particular germs in that household it " overcomes " and builds its healthy environment to replace any starts ... effectively giving the humans mini-vaccinations as I see it much like the milkmaids of old were noted for not getting smallpox when all around them did, etc. It is symbiotic in that as we keep it healthy and " happy " (its needs met), it will help us be likewise. I once heard a biologist " mellow-fellow " tell about the symbiotic relationship he had with his pot plants such that when he thought the law was about to bust him, he loaded all his plants in the car and drove around and around for hours, cause he knew he had that relationship with them to take care of them so they'de take care of him. Just a touch of humor there. Joyce Simmerman There is ALWAYS a " BETTER WAY " ! WE can find & make ITa " Cradle for Humanity " !
