Mash red potatoes with their skins, add some sauteed garlic and you

have a delightful carb. They are relatively high glycemic, but every

now and then is fine for variety. Use whole potatoes with skin.

I made mashed potatoes last night and added Udo's Oil when mashing and they were delicious!

Does putting kefir in hot foods destroy or reduce it's probiotic level at all?
