Guest guest
I would say yes. Anything in excess can and will be harmful at some point. With kefir you might get your gastric system too acid so a healthy balance would be recommended. I am not an expert and don't work in the nutrition industry so it is just my opinion. Guest guest
There are tons of Google results for " too much dairy " , and that's what I'd suggest searching for--after all, kefir isn't that different from buttermilk, yogurt, or just plain milk. I don't really know the answer, though. -Dan On Fri, Nov 20, 2009 at 11:55 AM, Deb <debjacobs8@...> wrote: > Has anyone every asked the question? Guest guest
Hi Deb, I tell people to only drink to bowel tolerance. If there is a die off reaction such as headaches, you might want to eat apples. I learned about how to totally prevent detox side effects from the mini beet protocol. http://robertvon.com/mbp.html This will probably work for other foods that cause detox side effects, not just from beet juice.
