Guest guest Posted April 21, 2004 Report Share Posted April 21, 2004 Spy, Wow, the yoga stuff . . . I never thought of holding the wall for the balance poses!! I usually sit those out, but it's starting to get easier the longer I take the C. I get the leg cramps and have to change positions too. I also have freezing cold feet most of the time (that seems to be changing a little too). The only time I've ever really seen the redness is on my feet when they were in a closed shoe (although as I said before, the backless Sketchers are working now). I can't stand crowds as well . . . I always feel like I'm going to fall. My significant other is so great about letting me hold on to him that even when I don't need him he asks me to hold on. As I'm getting stronger though, I asked him if he won't want me to hold on if I no longer need to . . . he said he would be totally fine with us continuing to stand and walk attached!!
