You can always strain through muslin or some such thin cotton cloth until

it is as thick as you like and either discard the whey or use it in some

other beneficial way. Once you learn how to tell from the outside of the

jar, the ratio of grains to milk, and the taste what it looks like WHEN

you like it .. just keep that in mind and you'll have it. There are so

many wonderful ways to enjoy it. Joyce Simmerman
