My OH, MY, why would you ever stop drinking Kefir while your are

pregnant?

I've had frozen kefir grains last over a year. Yes, they have a

concentrated aroma. They get back into balance in a week.

Be patient with your kefir grains when they are dehydrated OR frozen,

or when they are dehydrated AND frozen. Treat them well.

Hope you didn't throw them away!
