My kids are 2 and 3 yrs old.  I have not been good at all about making the kefir

lately... but when I did, both kids happily drank a full sippy cup (granted, it

was actually a smoothie made with the kefir and some frozen fruit and honey) and

wanted more.  I didn't give them any more than that, just because we have only

had the kefir a short time and I wasn't sure how they would react.. but when

they did both drink full big sippy cups of it, we had no digestive reaction at

all that I noticed... they kept going their normal twice a day... which I think

means they were in a pretty good routine to start with.  Me on the other hand..

I only drank one small cup a day because I haven't quite developed a taste for

it, or a recipe that I really like yet... but just a few ounces improved my

routine in 2 days, and lasted until I came down with a bad migraine which turned

into a bad cold and the kefir went into the fridge for a break.
