yikes - brown, dead looking grains

well...I clearly goofed.

left rinsed grains on counter without milk but covered and they now look

dead...any hope.

I did save back a bit in the fridge, how little is too little to start with?

Of course they are okay. That's how I ship mine. They don't get milk all week

sometimes. The ones left out will be better than the ones in your refrigerator.

You can be sure of that.
