Guest guest
It's ok I think I have my answer - my WBC probably dropped because my MTX dose increased from 10mg to 20mg a few weeks ago. Whether I am correct or not, but with Still's, doesnt the white blood cells stick to the walls of the blood vessels and thats what starts the inflammation process? Or something like that. So what I am asking is, as the white blood count returns to normal, does it in turn help the inflammation (CRP) and Plasma Viscosity come down also? I know I know ... I'm a man of many questions lol Steve
Guest guest
Hi, I am relativly new to kefir and am growing two different kefirs from 2 different sources. I LOVE the stuff, I crave it. I am up to a pint a day and occasionally skip a day. Recently I have been experiencing symptoms of anxiety or adrenaline overload. I went to the medical doctor to assure myself that I did not have heart or blood presure issues. what they found is an elevated white blood count and think that I have a virus or something that is causing the elevated white blood count. I have no other symptoms. > > As I am otherwise a healthy woman, does anyone out there think that maybe the kefir is contributing to the elevated blood cell levels? It is allergy season and I have had few symptoms this year. Don't know if the kefir or white cell count may be responsible for that as well. What do the experienced Kefir users think? Should I back off the kefir till the blood cell levels adjust? I did not ask my Dr this as I don't believe she knows enough about traditional foods and would need to play it safe in her advice. Thanks for any and all responses. Deb in Wisconsin
