Guest guest
Terry, My suggestion would be to work yourself up to 4 ounces as you did in the past. Then increase by 1 ounce every few days til you get to where ever you want in ounces per day. You have to listen to your body. Everyone is different so there is really no rule to go by. Some can drink it by the quart and others only a few ounces. I believe it is safe to say that as long as you crave more, your body will tolerate more. By the same token if your body gives you signs to back off then again listen to it. Luv, Sprite " When you drink the water, remember the spring. Guest guest
Thanks Sprite, I'm drinking about two ounces at the moment, and shall increase slowly. The first time I drank KT, some years ago, I did not know I had to drink water alongside our " cha, " and I got pretty bad tummyaches. Now I know better, thanks to your Water page. I haven't had any bad reactions now. Terry Re: How much to drink Terry, My suggestion would be to work yourself up to 4 ounces as you did in the past. Guest guest
Hi everybody, how much kefir can one drink a day. I make about 3 cups a day for me and hubby. As it grows(grains) i blend it with our smoothies. So that I can maintain the three cups. How might I feed the ever growing grains to my chickens. I tried just giving them the grains and they turned their nose's up to them. Thankyou, Lydia (a newby)
Guest guest
Maybe I have the wrong approach but I drink as much of something as I want or as much as my bodys craving. If I get bad reactions I cut back. Hasn't happened with kefir yet and I've had much more than 3 cups in a day. Guest guest
Lydia, Put the rinsed grains into some fresh milk and " serve " to the chickens. Chickens LOVE milk. Rae
