Guest guest
I hear of others who have grains which grow by leaps and bounds. Mine are slow growing. So I'm wondering if the temp of the milk is the difference! When I strain mine and put them in fresh (fresh goat milk) milk I'm using cold milk out of the frig. Should it we room temp before putting the grains in it for better grain growth? The kefir they are making is wonderful, thick and rich and ready within 24 hours. Thanks! ~*~ Shar ~*~ http://tech./group/ManagingCaprineBucksandWethers GoatMilkCheeseMeat/ **************What's for dinner tonight? Find quick and easy dinner ideas for any occasion.
