Hi Salim,

The kefir grains don't care too much about pasteurized or raw milk. It all

depends what you want to put into your body. Of course, raw milk is better,

if you have a clean source for it.

-I have a good source for raw milk but am wondering about the high

butter fat content - wouldn't this be a bit hard on the waistline?

Since the butter fat would be good fats, I suspect it may not be so

bad. Just cut out all the yucky oils!
