Guest guest Posted February 3, 2009 Report Share Posted February 3, 2009 Recipe: 6 cups kefir 3/4 cups frozen wild blueberries Sweetener of choice to taste. Blend til smooth in a blender. Put in bottle with tightly closed cap, let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours, burping, shaking, then burping again every 4 hours or so. Refrigerate tightly capped for another day.
