Guest guest
I am wondering about the nutritional content and calories of Kefir. Is it pretty much the same as the milk that you are using? Does the culturing of the milk change the nutritional value? I know you are getting a lot of good stuff in the Kefir. Thank you,
Guest guest
Hi , Pretty much the same except there are probiotics in there. Also the protein in the milk has been predigested. I'm not sure what the kefir grains do to butterfat.
