nutritional content

I am wondering about the nutritional content and calories of Kefir.

Is it pretty much the same as the milk that you are using? Does the

culturing of the milk change the nutritional value? I know you are

getting a lot of good stuff in the Kefir.

Hi ,

Pretty much the same except there are probiotics in there. Also the protein

in the milk has been predigested. I'm not sure what the kefir grains do to

butterfat.
