Guest guest
Hi , when you say you measure out the grains to the milk ratio, how much should I use? Also what if my kefir grain is a long blob, do I pull it apart? And do you have to rinse the kefir grains with distilled water every time you make a new batch? > > t, > > I had this same problem in the beginning stages of making kefir and like lin mentioned, I had a yeast issue. I also wasn't keeping a close eye on my grains. Make sure you measure them at least every other day. I measure mine every day when I start my new batch and this ensures that I'll have the right amount of grains per milk. > > Good Luck! > > > TEXAS >
