The reason I joined is because i tried to like yogurt because I really need the good baceria but i just can't force myself to eat it. The texture and taste makes me gag. I'm not sure that kefir would be better but I need to try. Is there a difference between the tase and texture of the milk grains versus the water grains? Does one work better than the other?
