Winter cereal and kefir

Vicky,

Thanks for that recipe for the butternut soup, I got a yummy feeling

reading it!

It's moving in to winter here and I've started making my morning

cereal. I used to make cooked grain: oatmeal, the 'cream of wheat'

type stuff.

Now I pour my cereal in a bowl the night before and add Kefir, cover

and let it sit over night. Sometimes, I add a little sweetener,

sometimes I don't, sometimes I add fruit too. If it's really chilly,

the next morning, I might heat up a pan of water and put the bowl on

top to warm up. It's a great breakfast!!!!
