Guest guest
I've done this since about age 12 and I always get compliments on my tiny waist (even as recent as yesterday). It's an old belly dancing move which I learned from a lady taking a class for exercise. Yes, move the top half of your body (while you are sucking in after the Pah) and try to keep your shoulders even, do not let them drop down. It takes much practice but it can be done. When you first start out, you tend to drop your right shoulder down when you move your waist to the left and vice versa. Do it in front of a mirror and you can see the progression the more you practice. You will eventually be able to move only your waist and your shoulders will stay in place. It's a great way to shape your waist.!! Cristi --- L Kuhr <stevku@...> wrote: > Hi Bonnie, > > I usually stand up for this one. Guest guest
I LOVE that movie...it was my daughter's favorite and we have a southern magnolia in our northern backyard planted in her memory...her favorite line was... " they carry those organs in beer coolers " ...when she died she was an organ donor...and I think I could hear her laughing( 'cause they weren't beer coolers)...I get my sense of humor from her...reverse heredity! Actually I keep in touch with the recipients...one was laughing under the anesthesia after the kidney was sewn in...it was her tickling him I guess. Those stories have REALLY blessed us. Love and Pahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Sierra's Mom > I hear you Bonnie..... Guest guest
I too love the movie and the thing of it that really touches me is that the women know how to smile, laugh, and fully appreciate what they have even in the midst of their pain!!!! Guest guest
Speaking of movies, has anyone seen " The Straight Story " with Farnsworth? I rented it today because he is one of my favorite actors (beside the fact that he lives in Lincoln NM, 2 hrs away). It is a true story about a man who goes through a couple of states on a lawnmower to get to his sick brother. It is a precious movie and I would highly recommend it.
