As for my meds, I was on prednisone for the swelling in my ankles due to " undefined connective tissue disease " which is probably Rheumatoid Arthritis or Lupus. I went off the prednisone two weeks ago without consulting my doctor, but since the swelling did not return and I am handling the pain pretty well, she was supportive of my decision. I guess I just hoped the Life Lift would kick in for me as soon as I quit the drug. I was also suffering from depression as a side effect also. Thankfully that did disappear within about 2 days.
